Your child will be first evaluated thoroughly by the best occupational therapist in Thane at our Butterfly Learnings Center.
The evaluation will include observing the child carefully, inquiring about the symptoms and medical history of the child, and making the child do certain age-appropriate activities to know more about the child’s condition and healthcare needs.
Our occupational therapist will discuss with the child’s family members, teachers, and caregivers regarding the child’s behavior and routine daily life. This will help in understanding the child’s condition even better.
Depending on the evaluation made, the occupational therapist will make an individualized treatment plan for the child and also set goals for treatment depending on the child’s ability, limitations, and requirements.
Child-centered techniques and materials will be used by our occupational therapist to help your child do some routine daily tasks easily, including the following:
- Eating on his or her own
- Brushing teeth
- Bathing
- Getting ready
- Putting on his or her socks and shoes
- Playing games

- Learning good behavior and improved social skills
- Fine motor skills development, for example, grasping and releasing toys easily, improving computer skills, improving handwriting, etc.
- Hitting a cricket ball or catching a ball by using proper hand-eye coordination
